How much fingering weight yarn do you need for a long/thin summer scarf?
Well I’ve been knitting for about a year and until now have dedicated most of my time to knitting with bulky or worsted weight yarns, but I just recently fell in love with a hand dyed fingering weight yarn and I just have to have it. I intend on using it to make a thin summer scarf for a friend, probably around 4 to 5 feet in length. The big question is will I have enough?? Any help would be much appreciated! 
Here’s some more details on the yarn
Yardage: 460 yards
Weight: 100 grams
75% Superwash Merino, 25% Nylon
p.s if you haven’t noticed by now I’m clueless about fingering yarn, if this is enough to make two of those scarfs please let me know! I wouldn’t mind making one for myself ha
