I have yarn;glue & balloons. Need a easter basket. Can I make one with what i have?
Yes. Make a mixture of glue and water in a bowl. Soak the yarn in it. Inflate the balloon and tie it shut. Wrap the glue soaked yarn around the balloon until it is covered w/o much of the balloon showing through the string. Hang to dry.
