Best yarn to knit a scarf for a guy?
I’m knitting one for my friend, who is a guy. I am a beginner, so i’m just gonna do garter stitch.
But i need to know what type of yarn to use, i don’t want it to irritate his neck.
The one i’m using now is like vero or something and i think its like 100% wool.
I don’t like it very much because it’s fuzzy?
What size of needles is recommended for scarves? ATM i have a size 10(us) / 6mm needles.
any advice or tips are welcomed!
I like Bernat Chunky for softness, warmth and works up quickly. It would be suitable for your 6mm needles also.
