It’s the one by Two Old Bags… I can’t find it anywhere so if you have it can you PLEASE email it to me? Thanks in advance.
NOTE: Online it says it’s $8. Not sure about you, but I think that’s too much to pay for a just a knitting pattern. If it included a few of the cheaper supplies it would be worth it, but my mother wants this bag (stubborn lady won’t settle for ANY other felted bag pattern) but I am not going to pay $8 for it, along with $20+ wool yarn.

The Lucy Bag is a copyrighted design. It is illegal to copy it electronically to send to you. $8 may seem expensive, but it is OOP, although still under copyright, and that’s not a bad price. You might want to see if your mother would settle for the Little Squatty Bag which is free on-line at Ravelry, and is very similar to Lucy.
