Everything you need for a new baby?
I am in the process of compiling a ‘what to buy’ list for my sister. I have tried to include everything I needed for my baby plus a few other bits.
Can you think of anything I may have left off the list?

Wow, that’s some list!
In fact, you might find that you won’t even need some of the things on there – or you at least won’t need them for a while. You don’t need a baby swing and a bouncer too – they both serve the same purpose really. You probably won’t need a parasol for some time seeing as summer is coming to an end (did it ever start??? Bloody British weather…) and a lot of mums don’t bother getting in the formula/bottles etc, seeing as it makes it so much easier to give up breastfeeding if the equipment is there and waiting. If she struggles and decides to bottle feed, it’s easy enough to get that stuff. You did miss out a steriliser, but again, unless she’s bottle feeding she won’t need that until she’s weaning onto solids at around 6 months.
