What to wear under an oatmeal scoop neck knit dress?
I have a warm wool/cashmere blend dress that is kind of oversized with big loose short sleeves and a deep scoop neck that is kind of loose (kind of like a cowl neck but not). Because it’s cold here I was going to wear it with black tights and black leather boots, what colour minidress/slip dress should I wear under the dress? It’s an oatmeal colour dress. Should I stick with black?
I think a bright color would look cute and cheeky, especially in the winter when everything tends to be black or grey. Maybe something with red in it? Black could also work, but then make sure you wear some accessories to brighten up the outfit, like pretty, dangling earrings and/or a cute headband.
