I need help converting this knitting measurement.?

I am not a great knitter so I tend to stick to the recommended, but http://www.thedietdiary.com/knittingfiend/OrderForms/conversion%20pages/ConversionPage.html has a great conversion tool, you enter in the pattern details and your wool detail and it works it out for you.
