WoW: Where should I grind for Wool?
I am trying to raise my first aid proffession skill and I would like to know where the best places to farm for wool, silk, mageweave etc so I can quickly make bandages and gain the skill points.
I know humanoids drop a lot, but are there any instances or specific areas that yield a lot of cloth items?
Basically any humanoids between like 17 and 30 will drop wool (you can get drops off mobs slightly lower level than that or higher, but that seems to be about teh sweet spot). So any zones where those guys are. Instances that typically have a lot of wool are instances with a lot of humanoids in those levels. So like Shadowfang, Deadmines, Stockades, Razorfen Kraul, Blackfathom Deeps.
Good non-instance places are Deathholme in Ghostlands, the furblog camps in Ashenvale, Centaur in Thousand Needles, the rot hides and Dalaran wizard in Silverpine.
Basically just look up zones by level in your favorite wow site and look for ones in that range and then go kill all the humanoids.
