I am not sure you can get them in New Dehli. I know of some people who may be able to help you though. Tunisiancrochet group on Yahoo or even the Crochetpartners group on yahoo they are free to join and have worlds of experienced and international crocheters. I know some Indian crocheters are on there and you could ask them.
