i need a pattern for crochet that uses about 450-500 yards of worsted weight yarn.?
I was given a frogged project of close to 500 yards of Carron Simply Soft in the dicontinued color Victorian Rose. I am at the intermediat skill level, and I really want a pattern that will use up most of this yarn. Since it is discontiued, I cant get more of it. And I really want something interisting. Clothing would be ideal. A wrap or something like that.
I would join Ravelry.com. Once you are on you can search the database for that yarn and it will link you with projects other people have used it to knit/crochet with and then you can look at those projects, see where they got them and how much yardage they used. It’s a really great system and highly addicted. I found 22 pages of project people did using that yarn and crochet.
