In the left slanting diamonds after slipping last stitch picked up onto the left needle and ssk, turn. How do I do the ssk?

“SSK” means to slip, slip, and knit through the back loop. This is a basic decrease stitch… it is the mirror of K2tog. I really think it would be best that you take a basic beginner knitting class. You would learn all these basics, and you will get the correct instruction on how to do these.
There are many places online that you can use… some are better than others. Of course, you already know about knittinghelp.com… so you’ve seen that one. Otherwise, go to your LYS and ask them there.
