Does anyone recognise what knit stitch is this?

I want to make a scarf with this stitch but can’t tie it with anyhting i know please let me know so I can find out how to knit this stitch? it looks like bubble/popcorn but very rounded?

This is the new POM-POM yarn which has recently come on the market. As the name suggests, the yarn is made up of pom-poms joined together by short strings of ordinary yarn. You knit with it as normal, just making sure it is the thin yarn you wind round the needle and not the actual pom-poms. Takes a little bit of getting used to, but gives a really nice effect. I think its made by Patons.
