Would someone explain this knitting pattern to me?
I’ve been knitting for many years, but I was never taught how to read a pattern. Recently, I found I nice pattern for a baby cap, but there is one phrase that confuses me.
What does it mean by – “Run needle and yarn through remaining sts on needle.”.

Thanks! Do I thread the yarn needle like a regular needle and does this involve any actual sewing?
I believe your supposed to thread your yarn through a tapestry/ yarn needle then pull that through the loops in your stitches (the ones holding your work to the needles). But first you’ll have to slide the stitches off your needle (work carefully!) Then just continue with the side seam.
