When you buy needles on KnitPicks, do they come in pairs?
I wanted to buy some straight and fixed circular needles on KnitPicks but I am unclear on how to order how many I want. I want to buy TWO straight needles but when I go to choose the quantity to buy, they do not specify if when you select “1″ you get one pair, or one needle. You can’t knit with one needle so I assume they sell a pair of two when you select quantity “1″ in the drop down. However, this is probably not the case and by selecting 1, you get one needle only and would have to select “2″ to get a complete pair to knit with. I assume that when you go to purchase fixed circular needles, by selecting quantity “1″ you get the 2 needles and the cable joining them. If anyone has experience purchasing needles online from KnitPicks and can help me out so I don’t buy too many or not enough, that would be insanely appreciated. Thanks!
Pairs of needles are sold as a pair,like shoes. If you wanted a pair of shoes in quantity you would select 1. Same with needles sold in pairs.
Circular needles you buy 1 needle. The 2 ends and the cable connecting them is regarded as 1 needle because it is in 1 piece.
