could I knit a big adult blanket like this?
I haven’t really seen any easy way to kit a king size blanket. So would it be possible to do it by kitting baby size blankets together. Also what patterns are more stabble than others when it comes to this. I’m new to this so please explain thoroughly. I’m making it as a gift so I would like it to not wear too easily. Also I haven’t bought materials yet so what’s good to use for this project?
it would be difficult on your neck and shoulders to knit something of that size, you could knit squares and then sew them together like a quilt or you could make long strips and sew them together , yarn is expensive and for doing a project of that sort you will need a lot of it , if you were to knit squares of different colours you could save yourself some money if you purchase the yarn little a the time just make sure that you always get the same weight ,
