Crocheting a beanie and it has ripples?
I am crocheting a beanie starting on top with a spiral. I have been increasing my stitches by putting two stitches in every one stitch. Also, I started with a single crochet and did that for a few inches, then a double crochet for a few inches, and then a triple crochet for a few inches. I don’t understand why it is rippling, and I haven’t even started to make the curve >.
I am following a pattern kind of... I am watching videos offline, and I'm doing what the video says step by step... but the ripples are still there >.<

Are you following a pattern or do you have a picture? How many rows have you done of the ripple or was it from the very beginning. You’d have to progress from sc to double to triple, and back down to double and then to single again. Then, the following row you would have to decrease in the valleys and increase at the tips…
