Does anyone have a crochet slipper pattern for a one year old? i cant find any that are cute.?
i crocheted my friends daughter this really cute mary jane slipper but now she grew out of them completely… now i wanna make her the something similar but for the size of a one year old… i cant find any good patterns!
You can probably use the same pattern and make the shoe proportionately larger. A sole that’s 4″ to 4.25″ is usually about right for a one-year-old with some grow room. Or use a pattern like this one (http://members.tripod.com/patt_m-ivil/pattscrochetcreationsandmore/id8.html ) that calls for a small hook and fingering yarn, only use a larger hook and heavier yarn. Or one like this one (http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=40271 ) for a larger foot, and use a lighter yarn and smaller hook.
