What size crochet hook works best with 70 denier thread?
I’ve seen many, many charts for crochet hook size conversions and hook to thread charts, but I have not seen a thread size to denier chart or a hook size to denier thread value chart. Is there such a chart? And if not, what is your opinion for the best hook size for working with 70 denier thread?
That’s very fine, I’d suggest that you look at steel hooks in the size 12 – 16 US sizes and swatch for this. I’ve used 80 thread and 14′s what’s called for for that one.
