Looking for an older crochet pattern for a baby afghan w/layette set – RAINBOW STAR.?
The pattern was an eight point star (I think) done in pastel rainbow colors – kind of a ripple pattern ’cause the star took up most of the afghan. It did have a white border that you crocheted into the spaces that the points on the star made to make the overall afghan a square one. The pamphlet was a big one – 8 1/2 X 11 in full color on the cover, with the baby wearing the little sweater & sitting on a chair that had the afghan spread over it, but I don’t remember who printed it. Seems it was done in baby yarn – the kind with a shimmery thread in it. The pattern has to be at least 20 yrs old or more. Any ideas where I can get one or find a free one on the internet?
