Where can I buy uk produced knitting yarns?
I have decided to start knitting again and be eco minded using yarns from UK reared animals.
I know there are British spun yarns but I think the fleeces may be imported.
I don’t mind if bamboo and cotton is imported for spinning but I would like to support UK wool and alpaca farmers if it is possible.
Does anyone know of a reputable source?

If you google british wool marketing board there is a section for wool and then a menu. Click the household and then hand knitting there are addresses of companies that deal with knitting yarn.
