What should I do with this yarn?
I impulse bought some yarn for $.01 off of e-bay, and I’m quite pleased with my auction savvy, but now I have no idea what to do with it. The yarn in question is two skeins of machine washable royal blue 70% bamboo/30% cotton in fingering weight. I’m a fairly experienced knitter and crocheter, and I’d love a challenging pattern. I was thinking about making socks, but I’m worried that they won’t keep their shape. Unless I find something, this lovely yarn is just going to become a bunch of dishrags. Help!
You don’t say how much you have, yards-wise….
But I’d make a fall/spring cowl with it, so you wouldn’t need to worry so much about shape, and the feel of the bamboo near your face would be heavenly.
