I need a free pattern for a crocheted lap robe.?
People give me odd skeins of yarn that are blah colors or balls of yarn they had left over from projects all the time. I don’t turn any yarn away but now find that I have so much that I need to use it up on some type of project. I thought that since some of the colors are odd or not to my liking, I’d do up some lap robes to give to the local nursing home to use up the scraps and such. I have done some granny square ones and I want to do something else now.
I am going to begin a ripple pattern one this afternoon. Anyone else have any suggestions on some other patterns? I have been crocheting for about a year now and have made mostly shawls and scarfs …. a couple of afghans too.
